Agenda - Day 1
8.30am - 3.30pm
During this training day, our main objective will be to foster reflection and systems thinking, allowing participants to delve into their personal and pedagogical roles.
We will be utilizing structured reflection techniques, employing frameworks such as The Onion Model, Karpman Triangle, The Ladder of Inference, and the Scaffolding Framework for Teaching Assistants.
These frameworks are powerful tools that will guide us in examining our thoughts, behaviors, and interactions from different perspectives, ultimately leading to a deeper understanding of our teamwork and teaching practices.
Agenda - Day 2
9.00am - 2.00pm
We will build upon our reflections from Day 1 and focus on outlining our personal system of efficiency and developing an action plan for its implementation.
Additionally, we will explore the best ways to utilize AI in supporting both teachers and students.
