I am the founder of KSI Professional Development and KSI Academy, a lab school and learning studio focused on updated education practices.
I help education assistants, teaching assistants, learning coaches, and school office teams move beyond task-based support into more confident, intentional, and valuable roles within the school community.
My work brings together systems thinking, reflection, coaching, professional identity, and practical tools for the realities of school life. I create learning spaces that help people pause, see their work differently, and return with clearer systems and greater confidence.
I have designed and facilitated learning experiences for 600+ school-based professionals from 70+ schools and organisations worldwide, including participants from Asia, Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and America.
