The Rationale
AI is becoming an increasingly important part of professional efficiency.
Using it effectively requires more than technical skills; it requires a mindset grounded in clarity about how we work, what already serves us well and where support is needed.
The Learning Experience
This programme gives participants the space to examine and strengthen their own professional efficiency systems.
With that understanding, they develop the mindset and practical skills to guide AI as a work assistant—building more intentional, responsive and efficient ways of working.
The Format
The programme has a strong applied focus through its Professional Practice Lab, which may be completed online or through scheduled in-person session in Singapore.
In this hands-on, collaborative environment, participants apply their learning, explore AI tools and build an AI-supported professional efficiency system they can take directly into their work.
01
Systems thinking and strategic contribution
See individual responsibilities as part of the wider school system. Explore how communication, coordination, information and everyday decisions connect—and how the role contributes to leadership, school culture and effective operations.
02
Strengths, Values and Professional Identity
Align personal strengths and values with professional identity and organisational responsibilities. Explore how this alignment can foster a growth-oriented mindset and strengthen the purpose, quality and consistency of professional practice.
03
Workload and Priority Awareness
Step back from daily demands to examine responsibilities, priorities, deadlines and recurring patterns of work. Identify where greater clarity or more intentional systems could support professional effectiveness.
04
Workflow Analysis and Redesign
Map how important tasks and information move from request to completion. Recognise what is already working well and explore where processes could be simplified, strengthened or redesigned.
05
Communication and Information Management
Strengthen the ways emails, meeting notes, follow-ups, records and other information are created, organised, communicated and retrieved.
06
Planning and Coordination
Develop effective systems for managing meetings, events, projects, schedules, responsibilities and follow-up actions across the organisation.
07
Professional Judgement and Responsible AI Use
Explore where AI can support professional work and where human judgement must lead. Consider confidentiality, accuracy, context, tone and responsible use within a school environment.
08
Building an AI-Supported Efficiency System
Use AI collaboratively to develop practical systems suited to individual roles and working contexts. Build and test tools, prompts, templates and workflows that support communication, planning, information management and recurring responsibilities.
