AI is becoming an increasingly important part of professional efficiency.
Using it effectively requires more than technical skills; it requires a mindset grounded in clarity about how we work, what already serves us well and where support is needed.
The Learning Experience
This programme gives participants the space to examine and strengthen their own professional efficiency systems.
With that understanding, they develop the mindset and practical skills to guide AI as a work assistant—building more intentional, responsive and efficient ways of working.
Format
Participants build the core knowledge, skills and approaches needed to strengthen their professional practice. These sessions are online.
Participants can extend their learning through an in-person, applied professional learning session in Singapore.

Program Structure
Professional Learning Core — Online (2 sessions)
Two interactive online sessions provide the foundation for the programme.
Online Session 1 — Mapping Your Scope of Work and Identifying Gaps
Participants begin by bringing greater clarity to how they currently work. They will:

Articulate their strengths, values and professional identity

Create a Current Work Map of their key responsibilities and workflows

Identify recurring bottlenecks, inefficiencies and pressure points

Use a framework to examine where greater skill, knowledge, capacity or support may be needed
Online Session 2 — Building Your AI Supported Professional Efficiency System
Using the gaps and opportunities identified in Session 1, participants explore where AI can genuinely support their work. They will:

Identify tasks and processes that could be improved

Explore appropriate AI-supported approaches

Distinguish between work that should remain human-led and work that can be supported or streamlined

Begin constructing a personalised AI-supported professional efficiency system for their own role
Professional Practice Lab — Singapore (optional)
Two in-person sessions designed as a highly collaborative, high-flow learning experience
The optional in-person Professional Practice Lab provides a hands-on environment in which participants further develop, test and refine the systems they began building online.
Working collaboratively, participants apply their learning to real workplace tasks, explore relevant AI tools and leave with practical systems they can take directly back into their work.
FAQ
I have attended one of your previous School Office workshops. Is this similar?
No. This workshop is a continuation, not a repeat.
Some ideas from earlier workshops provide a useful foundation, but the content has been substantially updated. AI has advanced quickly, and the way it can now support school-office systems and workflows has changed significantly.
If you attended a previous workshop, think of that experience as a stepping stone into this next stage.
If I am not able to attend the in-person lab session, is the online session enough?
Yes. The online session is a complete learning experience designed to give you the understanding, frameworks and practical tools to begin applying the learning directly to your own role and systems.
The in-person lab session offers a different advantage: time and space to work collaboratively and strengthen your systems in a focused, high-flow professional environment.
