Workshop overview

Attention PAs! Are you irreplaceable in your role? What are you doing to stand out as a strategic partner to your boss? When was the last time you did something to educate yourself? Are you prepared for the future when AI assistants do 75% of your job for you?

It’s time to become a LEADER and make a greater impact on those around you. After all, you are one of the most crucial members of your team!

Take this workshop to learn practical lessons for increasing your productivity and effectiveness. But a great assistant like yourself isn't just productive.
Only register for this training if you want to be challenged, encouraged, and empowered to become a high-impact leader in your workplace. After all, your boss doesn’t need you to simply schedule meetings. Robots are already doing this. They need you to be creative, think critically, and solve problems!

Topics Covered

Focus and Productivity

  • It’s time you stop with the excuses and learn to truly focus.

  • Being productive does not always equal high-impact. Learn how to make the most impact in the least amount of time.

Leading others

  • Learn to delegate, manage, and empower others around you – including your boss!

Self-leadership

  • Many PAs are on the path to burnout. Are you? Learn how to take care of yourself first, so that you can take care of those around you in a more effective way.

How to be proactive

  • Anticipate the needs of your boss and learn to read their mind!

How to avoid burnout

  • Are you burned out, or close to it? Tips for recognizing you’re on the wrong trajectory, and how to right the ship.
