Dr. Kevin Leichtman
Kevin Leichtman received his Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida Atlantic University. His dissertation research was on new teacher burnout
Kevin is the author of two books, “Teacher’s Guide to the Mental Edge” and “The Perfect Ten: Ten Students, Ten Mindsets, One New Definition of Perfect.
He has been published and has led professional learning on the topics of SEL, burnout, mindset, and equity.

The purpose of this session is to equip school leaders with powerful staff retention and burnout-reducing tools. These high-impact areas allow leaders to retain quality teachers and make a positive impact on their health and productivity.
