Registration

How to register for a workshop?


Send in the reservation form. The form is on the workshop flyer.




What happens after we submit the form?


You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your application. If the workshop is confirmed, i.e. we have the required number of participants, the email will give you instructions for payment. If we are still waiting for the required number of participants we will confirm your application and will send you the payment instructions once the workshop is confirmed.




I understand that I have to wait for the payment details. Can I make accommodation and hotel bookings while I am waiting for the invoice/payment details?


We request you to not make any reservations until you receive the payment details. You can check out the status of each workshop in the Participant Handbook on each workshop flyer at the bottom of the page.




Where can I see information regarding accommodation?


The Participant Handbook document on the workshop flyer contains this information. The link to the handbook is at the bottom of the page.




Who to contact for workshop related queries?


Please use our contact form to send in your queries. We will get back to you at our earliest.




Does the registration fee cover accommodation?


No. The registration fee covers workshop materials, certificate, coffee breaks and lunch on workshop days.




What is your cancellation/refund/replacement policy?

Credits & Certificate

Can we receive continuing education credits for attending any workshop?


We are not affiliated to any accrediting body.




Do you provide a certificate at the end of the workshop?


We do provide a certificate of completion that shows the number of hours attended





Payment and Receipt

What are the modes of payment?


The modes of payment are credit card (Paypal), Bank Transfer, and Prompt Pay (for schools in Thailand). Once the workshop is confirmed, we will send you a link to the Payment Form. It will contain all the details and instructions for payment (bank a/c number etc).




What do I do after I make the payment? When will I get the receipt?


Credit card payments are done through the Payment Form so we will receive your details and will send you the receipt once we track the payment. If you are using Bank Transfer or Prompt Pay, please make sure you submit the Payment Form after you transfer the payment. Once the payment is tracked we will send you the receipt.
