Effective educators know they cannot ask others to do what they are not willing to do themselves. In this opening session Jimmy sets the tone by sharing his shortcomings and the critical truths that he learned the hard way on his path to becoming a state and national award winning principal.
Session 2: Culturizing Your School
You will learn what it takes to raise expectations for all staff, foster the belief in one’s ability to achieve, and create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to leave their legacy.
