School-based administrative assistants, personal assistants and office managers
Overview
In addition to working closely with office teams and school leaders, office personnel in schools collaborate with a wide range of individuals, including teachers, parents, and students. They also need to maintain and update their personal productivity skills.
Designed with transformational coaching in mind, this workshop provides a creative space for multitasking office professionals in schools to reflect and update systematically. The aim of the workshop is to translate personal strengths into professional excellence.

Participants will be actively engaged in the learning process.

The facilitator will serve as a coach and guide throughout their learning journey. She will work alongside participants and help them explore new concepts and apply new strategies in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Differentiation strategies will be used to group participants based on the nature of their job and experience.

To sustain learning and support implementation, an online Padlet based learning and networking community will be created to address and share queries and ideas.

Workshop Facilitator
Sonthaya (Sandy) Chutisacha, MSc.Counseling Psychology, has been working at Knowledge Source Institute (KSI) since 2007. She started as an administrative manager/workshop coordinator. Her passion for helping people grow and develop led her to take on more responsibilities.
She expanded her role to include workshop facilitation and coaching, and now serves as a learning innovation coach at KSI Academy, a lab school she initiated to inform best teaching and school administration practices for the 21st century.

The personalised nature of this workshop makes this applicable for both groups. If you are new at your job, this will give you a solid foundation. If you have years of experience under your belt, this session will give you the space to reflect and update.

Given the logistics involved, we will not be able to offer a refund, but you can transfer your registration to somebody else.
