Executive & Administrative Assistants and Managers

In addition to working closely with office teams and school leaders, executive and administrative personnel collaborate with a wide range of individuals, including teachers, parents, and students. They also need to maintain and update their personal productivity skills.

Designed with transformational coaching in mind, this workshop provides a creative space for multitasking executive assistants in schools to reflect and update systematically. The aim of the workshop is to translate personal strengths into professional excellence.

To achieve its objective, the workshop includes the following sessions:

  • Session 1: Systematic Reflection

  • Session 2: Systems Thinking

  • Session 3: Task Management & Organisation

  • Session 4: Technology Management

  • Participants will be actively engaged in the learning process.

  • The facilitator will serve as a coach and guide throughout their learning   journey.  She will work alongside participants and help them explore new concepts and apply new strategies in a supportive and collaborative setting.

  • Differentiation strategies will be used to group participants based on the nature of their job and experience.

  • To sustain learning and support implementation, an online Padlet based learning and networking community will be created to address and share queries and ideas.
