Day 1:  Reflecting for Growth

  • Uncover the Power Within: Use systematic reflection to uncover your strengths, challenges and beliefs.

  • Dive deep into your current teacher-TA dynamic using reflection models and frameworks. Identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Day 2: From Teacher to Coach

  • Discover techniques to effectively delegate tasks, coach your TA, and maximize their unique skills and expertise.

  • Learn how to foster and maintain a culture of continuous learning and development.


Throughout the workshop, you'll have ample opportunities to:

  • Connect and collaborate with fellow educators in a supportive community.

  • Share experiences and best practices to learn from each other's successes and challenges.

  • Receive personalized feedback and guidance from the facilitator.

Workshop Facilitator

Sonthaya (Sandy) Chutisacha, MSc. Counseling Psychology, has been involved in the field of education since 2005.


She has worked as a school counselor, professional development coordinator, and most recently as a learning and instructional coach.

Sandy is a founding partner at Knowledge Source Institute (, an organization that coordinates professional development workshops.


In 2018, she launched KSI Academy (, a lab school aimed at promoting best practices in teaching and school administration. She is currently leading this initiative as a learning and instructional coach.
